I wanted very small gold earrings that I could shower and sleep in comfortably - they would never have to be removed unless I specifically wanted to wear something else. You are perfect. I went shopping with a ruler and looked closely at the pictures of the different options I was looking at. Some were too thin in width and some didn't have enough "ring" to comfortably wrap around the earlobe, but the dimensions of this set looked right and now that I have them they are exactly what I'm after have searched. I was a bit surprised that the clasp "clicks" - for some reason I was expecting the loop to open and then close again, but that's fine. I love how the back of the earring covers the clasp (the reason I had to buy these is because I lost one of my last tiny rings while pulling my shirt over my head and I managed to do it , pulling out the earring along with it cannot happen with this design). The only thing I have to worry about is combing my hair and accidentally snagging an earring that way, but as small as they are, that probably won't be a big problem. Very happy with this purchase.
