Review on πŸ›οΈ BlanQuil Grey Weighted Blanket with Removable Cover - 20lb, Quilted for Optimal Comfort by Dawn Williams

I was very disappointed with the lack of weight distribution.

I've had Blanquil for about 4 weeks now. I knew about the good reviews but was disappointed after a few uses. I have to comment on how shocked I was by the weight. This thing is HEAVY. Even if I liked this product I would order the Β£15 version. It is also very awkward to adjust the Blanquil around itself. I originally intended to use it as a cover for my favorite large chair and ottoman. However, this failed as all the beads (? or weights) fall straight to the floor leaving basically just the blanket to keep warm. . I can't believe the manufacturer didn't try to distribute the weight somehow. Imagine you put popcorn in a large cloth bag and then expect the bag to keep you warm. It will not work. Then I tried using it in my bed. The problem is that it's not the right size for a bedspread, it's primarily intended to be used as a throw. I tried it anyway, and you guessed it - all the beads ran away from the middle of my body on both sides of the body. All I have left is a cloth cover to tuck myself in again. When changing positions at night I literally had to wake up to adjust the blanket as it is so heavy you can evenly lift it with one foot. Overall I would not recommend this product. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the fabric case is made of high quality fabric.
