Perfect for running
Very comfortable to wear, really good quality and so easy to adjust. Love everything about it. Especially the fabric. I though it would be plasticy and stiff like other ones I’ve worn but it’s extremely nice elastic fabric. And it come with a neat little cinch bag.

- Went for a run with the belt and it fit very well and wasn't uncomfortable at all.
Cons
- The belt may be uncomfortable to wear for prolonged periods
