Review on 🌑️ Bosch-style Line 2" Mechanical Water/Oil Temperature Gauge - Actron SP0F000053 (Black Dial Face, Black Bezel) by Mark Bennett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The sender or whatever the tip is called is huge. Good price but beware of the size.

Head/tip is huge, at least 3/8 inch in diameter and 1.25 inch long. Not ideal for what I got. Honda B-Series (turbocharged) engine. It doesn't even fit my motor's sensor hole so I can't use an adapter. I'm going to drill a larger hole in the filter sandwich plate and tap new threads to make it work. The nut is about 1/2 inch in diameter and all adapters are larger than this. Definitely not ideal, but it will work. Maybe use an electric gauge on small Japanese motors, believe me the electric ones are smaller. Maybe it's for people who want to drill a hole in their block or a big engine block?
