This dress was absolutely perfect for my daughter to wear to a mermaid themed birthday party! The colors are not only bright and vibrant, it glows! You should have seen the look on her face when I put her dress on! It has a beautiful metallic bodice with mermaid scales while the bottom is made of blue, teal and purple tulle. Strap ties around neck for size/tension adjustment. It also comes with a very cute headband. If your kid loves mermaids, I highly recommend buying this dress for him. The sheer joy on their faces is worth it!
