This company has proven to me that they stand behind their products 100% and I am completely satisfied. They did everything to ensure I was completely satisfied until the end. THANK YOU NINA QUEEN! At first I was excited when I received this item, but I seriously question if it's actually sterling silver. Despite cleaning with the supplied cloth, it became very dull and lifeless relatively quickly. The stamp says .925 but I guess time will tell. I'm glad I didn't give it away.
