Great camera but can't upload photos to PC

Batteries are dead and won't charge via USB. I put in new batteries which turned the camera on. The optical zoom is amazing. This is my fourth Kodak digital camera. Unfortunately, the software supplied on CD (Apple) is not compatible with my PC. Also, the images are NOT downloaded to my PC. The AZ251 software cannot be found on the Kodak website. I'm still trying
