Based on our own experience, these sweatpants are great for workouts! The elastic waistband keeps them secure while moving and the stretchy material allows for plenty of range of motion.They are also comfortable enough for lounging around the house. The only downside is that they may not be warm enough for winter OUTDOOR activities..
