Review on 🐾 Trixie Cat Products: Ideal Choices for Feline Needs by Thomas Mertz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My 9+ lb cat fits in! :)

I bought this along with another small rug for $20 and a hammock condo. This is the best buy! After scattering some catnip and throwing in some treats, he attacked the thing and enjoyed it! We recently turned our basement into a dump and our cat Francisco found it necessary to label a new piece of furniture that isn't like him. Our Opinion: Maybe he'll stop tagging our stuff if we put something in it he can call his own! Finally, we have scratching posts and beds throughout the house, but only in this newly renovated area. 🀞🏻 I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the arched door. It's a simple 5.25"H x 5"W. I've seen bad reviews for the size of the holes so I photographed the largest with a ruler. (If you're frustrated that that super cheap apartment isn't as big as your cat's waistline, look again at the price, think about realistic expectations, and buy a larger cat apartment.) Francisco is a smaller cat and a healthy, lean, weight 9 pounds. and change. If you have a slim, medium-sized cat that likes to squeeze into small spaces, I think this is the largest cat that will fit. Francisco loves dangling toys in the box and on the scratching post! I took some photos to show the size and specs. It's strong enough. The top and bottom are made from chipboard, while the sides are made from the same material found on the backs of cheaper bookshelves and other furniture. I don't want the sides to be stronger, otherwise I would be afraid that Francisco will somehow get stuck and not be able to help him. The fabric is also very soft. Hope that helps! :)
