I like this backpack so far. It's big enough to hold my 16-inch Macbook Pro and a few other items. He seems to be durable. The straps are soft and very comfortable. Surprisingly, the chest strap actually works! For me this is very important because it really helps my back when there is some support from the chest. The bags are great. I can actually fit a metal water bottle in the side pockets. And it has many other pockets that help to stay organized. I love the way it looks and feels. It's crazy but I really like the grip on the top, it feels good in the hand and is strong.
