I like the ability to create different boards within a board, so that I can organize my work into separate categories. It was easy to set up and get started withTracyBugCop. The dashboard is very simple and self-explanatory. There are no fancy features or bells and whistles, but what it does do it does well. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. I would say that this is a great tool if you're looking for something simple and straight forward. It helps me keep track of all of our bug reports. It also allows us to see who has worked on each bug.
