I love this bag. A lot more than I thought. I ordered a Jansport Half Pint to replace a bag I've had for almost 20 years. Revane then told me it would not be delivered to me in time for my trip. So I took a chance and ordered this guy because of the same day delivery. Honestly? I think I like it more than Jansport! I needed a bag for a trip to Universal in Florida. I wanted something sturdy, small and waterproof. This bag checked all of those boxes. Also, the sheer number of pockets and zippers is amazing. I could carry sunscreen, a sunglass case, a water bottle, a wallet, a makeup bag, plates of snacks, a small comb, and a hair clip. And probably more at various points along the way. And it was comfortable to wear! If you've been to Universal before, you know the waterslides FILL you. Soaking wet from head to toe. I was afraid to take this bag with me. We played there three times with Dudley Do-Wright's Ripsaw Falls. On my first ride, I put my bag on my lap. I got completely wet but the inside of the bag was completely dry! It was wonderful. Unfortunately, on the next two back-to-back rides, I didn't think to keep him on my knees. I threw it by my feet. When the water splashed into the "boat," it just lay there. And the bag lay in a puddle of water for a considerable time. So he got drenched. Now I still think it's ok because it was my fault. The bag is waterproof, not waterproof and stood in a puddle for a while. So it's up to me But overall I love this bag! I am very happy with it. At first I was upset because I wanted Jansport so badly, but this bag made me completely forget how badly I wanted any other. And a note: I've seen a lot of girls with branded backpacks at Universal. The backpack was literally the same as this one, just branded. So it's affordable and it's something "trendy" I think.
