The dress is beautiful and the colors look bright and vibrant but I ordered a size 6 and received a size 4, big difference for me. My preschooler is 3.5 years old but she is taller than the average child her age. I have to go back even though I have a hard time going to UPS and doing it because I don't have much time to take care of my daughter every day and my husband doesn't have time to get ready for work The fact is that this process of returning is better prevented. I love the service and products from this amazing company. I just think you need to be more careful when a customer ordered one size and the wrong size was sent for no reason. I'm just saying that the return process is time consuming for parents and can be very stressful.
