This strap has a wrong design. The Seiko MM 200 has thick Seiko spring bars (2.5mm, with 1.1mm tips). This bracelet has 2mm diameter holes in the end links and is fitted with 1.9mm diameter spring bars and 0.6mm diameter tips. As a result, your thick Seiko spring bars cannot be used, and the 0.6mm diameter tips on the included spring bars are too small for the 1.1mm holes of the lugs.
