This is a bandage for left or right arm. I bought it because I broke my collarbone. This is the only sling I have used that I can put on myself. Even 2 days after I broke it. It requires minimal movement to put it on. This sling is SUPER! it is very comfortable. Because it has a waist strap, it keeps your hand in place very well. They only come in one size, medium. I'm a 5:10 guy, 200 pounds, and that suits me. I have fairly long arms and still feel comfortable. Don't waste your time with the thumb holder, none of them work properly, just cause irritation and pain. If your ark is broken, collarbone, wrist, I recommend this belt. I don't know about dislocated shoulders as they have ones that cover your entire shoulder because with this brace I can definitely still rock my shoulder back and forth if I'm not careful. But for certain injuries, it's a bandage. Just as cheap!
