So I did followed the size guide and recently lost a lot of weight which means he weighed over 80 pounds. A lot of the items I ordered last week turned up and they were all too big and I thought I had underordered. Nonetheless, I was so happy to open this item tonight and find that it absolutely fits like a glove. Remember this is 3 times Asian size. I'm a little over 5ft 6" tall and weigh 123 pounds. And it fits perfectly, I'm so happy I'll try and order another one in black and maybe more in the same style. Received my second today, black, it's a size 10, it's a bit loose but works, don't think I'll be returning it for a size 8. Maybe with another 5 or 10 pounds I'll order a different size but I love the bodysuit so much. Included in business shirts because they sit tucked in and don't add bulk to pants or skirts.
