I like that they are always looking to improve their product, it really helps when you have an issue or question about how something works because someone is willing/able help answer your questions! They do take time away from other projects but once completed there's no going back so be prepared with everything in order before starting this project as some things may not work out well if one thing goes wrong during implementation - such was my experience previously (not sure what changed).
