The most important thing is that Airkit is a cloud-based platform and they have a wide range of integrations. So, it was easy for us to integrate with different 3rd party platforms. They provide tools for data visualization which helps to understand our customers data better. Also, they have an excellent customer support team which is very helpful. I can't find any thing to dislike about Airkit. I think the customer support is the best thing about this product. It is very easy to use and understand. We can easily integrate with other 3rd party platforms. I can see the data in a very clear way. It also helps us to understand our customers better. I like how easy it is to get started with, even for those who are not technical people (aside from installing software). It's also very intuitive once you start using it. The support team was helpful as well. Honestly, i don't think this could be improved at all. We have been able to build several applications in less than 30 minutes which allows us to respond quickly when our customers need something done right away - no delays!
