This bracelet is 3/8" (4mm) printed on the surface. It is 1/8" (2mm) thick. Sounds fancy, but is actually very durable. The strap itself is 6.5 inches long (not counting the tightening gap). My wrist can be small (6 inches from the bone). I thought it was a bit big so I closed it up a bit. Then it tingled and scratched when putting it on (red spots in the photo because I took it off several times). So I opened it up again and now it doesn't fit. In the photo you can see how far it slips off my wrist (this photo was taken while squeezing it smaller) and the wide opening sometimes gets stuck in the narrow part of my wrist. As for me, I'd prefer a smaller stripe and probably won't be wearing it too often. I love the inscription. It is packed in a heavy gift box. I wish you could order a small or large size because it doesn't work for smaller wrists.
