My DOA headphones came. I contacted the company with information easily found on the card in the box. Their technicians took me a few steps to make sure the unit wasn't working and said they would replace it immediately. I then received an email with a pre-paid label to return the defective device. I sent the device back and sent the delivery note to the company. Two days later I had a new block and it works like a charm. The full size speakers help eliminate annoying noise from my home and the sound is great. There are phone features on the device that I don't use, but they are controlled by the same buttons as the features I use, so there are only four buttons to learn. I can go anywhere in my two story house and keep in touch which is very nice. The extended life was one of the features that motivated me to buy this set in the first place and it was more than enough to get me on my computer 12 hours a day.
