Software not working

This is a physically beautiful product with rich sound. Unfortunately the software was a disaster. Won't turn on and off properly, timed out trying to set date and time, wouldn't let me tune into FM stations, had a weird way of connecting to WiFi that didn't suit our system, poor documentation, etc. Sent back.
