Has stopped working after a few months

I bought this product last summer to use with my MacBook for school. Everything worked fine at first, but then my external hard drive stopped responding, as did my SD card. I got a new external hard drive, new cables, new SD card, new everything and they still didn't work. Didn't even think to check that port when trying to connect my stuff to the other, they all worked fine. It says there is a one year warranty but the link doesn't work.
