Breaks off when applied. "SNAP "
I have been using this product for several decades, but over the past few years I have found that it dries and tears easily. I can honestly say I lost about 1/3 of the product due to the tip breaking off. I don't know why I keep buying it. I adopt old habits and am afraid to try something different. Whether it's "smudge proof" etc. I can't say for sure if I can't apply it. Holding it up against a hot iron or hair dryer can usually soften it enough to apply. Can I get my money back for meters of this that broke and went down the drain?
