I don't know about you, but my wife and I haven't been doing "hippie hop" for over 30 years. We have some inflatable bouncy toys for our 3 kids and we saw a lot of fun with this adult bouncy ball and decided what the heck. I gotta tell you it's funny to see the adults jumping around like crazy and the kids and I laughing hysterically. In any case, the ball itself is gigantic and big enough for an adult of any size, except for a professional soccer linebacker. I'm a big guy myself and my solid weight has been awesome. There aren't really any instructions or indications of how "full" the ball should be, so you can just adjust it to your comfortable level. The more air you fill in, the higher he jumps! It's very strong and well made, I was worried about not getting it out, but we tested it for durability and no issues. The handle is a nice size and gives you a good grip on the ball. The only downside to this thing is that it doesn't come with a pump so you need a small hand pump to inflate it. This is a standard pump injector (no needle or bike valve) that you use on everything from kids toys to Pilates balls. There's a long plastic bar covering the air hole to keep it from deflating, and it has extras in case you lose it. You have to be pretty quick to plug in the plug after you've stopped pumping before a lot of air comes out. Another feature of this thing. Jumping all over the place is a really great exercise, you get tired after a while. I try to make my reviews interesting and useful.
