I was worried that it wasn't going to work considering the top of the dress I wore was just two lace straps that covered my breasts. The directions were a little vague but you can pretty much figure it out with the picture. I used the actual lift adhesive as well as the clear tape to try to keep everything in the straps and covered. I spent the whole night dancing and even sweating and everything help up perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised to not have a "slip" . That same day my friends who is about 2 cup sizes smaller also used them and just cut the extra length. It also held up for her perfectly. We will be buying more of this product. I genuinely recommend it to anyone.
