1- This is the third tracker we have purchased. My wife originally used Tile, which isn't really a GPS tracker but a community tracker, but that was a big disappointment. This purchase has been great so far (have been using it for 3 weeks). Our other Spy brand tracker stopped working after two months, but the company gave us our money back. Prime Tracking has great reviews and I found out they are based in the US, other brands from China (according to some of their reviews) so that was a plus. 2- MAKE SURE you know what you need to sign up for a monthly fee! That I have learned, when I first bought a tracker. However, compared to our last purchase, it is very economical. This tracker costs $25/month (our last brand was $34) and you can even get it for $20 if you sign up for 6 months. After comparing some trackers, this one was the cheapest. We plan to do a 6 month variant when the tracker works with us in two months. So far it has been excellent 3- customer service - 9/10. Before purchasing I emailed the company some questions and their return policy. Received a reply after 6 hours (but it was New Year's Eve in their defence). If they respond within an hour, they deserve a 10/10 from me! Also, I was told that it is a very generous return policy. Basically at any time if i wasn't satisfied just email them for a full refund. They told me they would even let me off the tracker, which I thought was a good gesture. So basically there is nothing to lose. 4- The package was great. The size was perfect. No extraneous smells (sometimes packages with smells come, don't ask), charging is perfect and lasts a long time. I made an unboxing video, super easy to use. WHILE WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY. I will update my review in 3 months but I have nothing to lose with such a generous return policy and great customer service. So basically there is nothing to lose. 4- The package was great.
