I ordered this shoe in size 13W. When I unpacked it I was sure it would be too small and cramped. The truth is that it fits my foot, albeit with ZERO room to manoeuvre. I removed the insole and put in an insole specifically designed to support the arch of the foot. I'll see how it works tonight and update if I have anything to add as I only received the shoes today. I admit I'm scared of a ten hour shift in these boots. ten hour shift. The arch insoles I initially tried really hurt my feet after a few hours, so I guess that's not an area to worry about. I would recommend these shoes but would advise going half a size up.
