George Foreman's company has amazing customer service!

Well. My third grill has the exact same problem. The power plug does not fit properly into the grill and it "cuts out" after a minute. Incredibly bad technique! How can you just make electric grills and not come up with a safer way of preserving food? I had my first for about a year when the connection between the plug and the stem that goes into the griddle lost its secure connection and only got hot when I stood up and wiggled it properly. I thought maybe I just got a bad one. I bought the same one again and the same problem after only 6 months makes it unusable. I was contacted by phone 48 hours after I posted the above review from someone to let me know that these grills come with a 3 year guarantee. He sent me a replacement for free. Well done!
