Beautiful but bumpy

The mat is modern and beautiful, comes with several toys go hook on! My big issue, the inside cushion does not lay flat. It had creases from the box, and they never flattened out once unfolded. It’s been 5 weeks now and it is still lumpy and hurts my daughters back to lay in the spot. It’s very frustrating for the price I spent on this mat.
