New rated 5 stars ***** I am now a satisfied Revain customer. I looked again at the returns service and this time scrolled all the way down to find the option for UPS to provide a return label and then collect the box. So my concerns about not being able to return the items were allayed. Revain replaced them immediately and I am pleased to report that the bins I received today are fine. So these dirty bins were an isolated case, a manufacturing defect. I now have these tanks in 3 sizes and I keep finding new uses for them in every room of the house! [Rolled towels sit comfortably upright at 11" x 11" x 11"] These large baskets sit in wire cubes and contain yarn. And I use some of the smaller 5" baskets on the wire shelf that is the pantry. These Fabric boxes arrived on time, well wrapped, boxed and delivered. However, all four containers have stains. I have bought these in a smaller size in the past and they have been perfect. I was happy to see a larger size as they are very attractive, They are sturdy and useful. I am extremely disappointed. I am unable to return them during the pandemic [I am a high school student.
