Perfect for a summer beach wedding
I bought this for my 5 year old daughter to wear to my SIL's beach wedding. I was a little nervous about what would show as the material was lightweight but it wasn't. The tethers stayed in place. The fact that I can tie them and the dress is longer means that we have to wear this dress for at least 2 years.
