Very small. I was supposed to be a size 3 and even a size 4 is very tight (particularly because of the chest straps) on the last hook install and with the straps stretched as much as possible. I wrote an extensive review of the same product, just a bra instead of a blouse. I'm going to try a size 5, hoping it's a two size issue. The chest straps inside compress your chest through the center hole and make your chest look like a figure eight. The external stretch panel is great and would have worked if the bandage area wasn't so uncomfortable and weird. I love the concept of the camisole but am saddened by the design for the big bust. I thought I hit the jackpot with this when I ordered. I mean they must fit size 44J! As?
