Review on ๐Ÿถ Brushed Stainless Replacement Beverage Dispenser by John Brouillard

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Choose Style 3 instead of Style 2.

I chose Style 2, the most expensive of these replacement faucets, because of its design: I thought it was the coolest of the three styles. However, it was this design that made it less practical. Because the shape of the nose grip is more like those that flip up than those that require wrist twist, many people, myself included, have tried opening the button with an upward motion first. And since these guys often turn around on their own when released, I can only assume that this explains why one of our guests mistakenly left the tap on when exiting. (Luckily someone caught it just before the blow spilled over the spongy sheet we had underneath!) Also, the little spike at the end of the sleeve isn't visible when standing over it. I don't know about other people, but several times I caught the rim of the cup at this point when I had finished filling the cup. It wasn't enough to knock my cup out of my hand, but I always breathed a sigh of relief when it wasn't and kicked myself in the butt because I forgot to avoid it again. However, this is a great faucet. However, should I choose again, I would save myself some money and confusion by going with style 3.
