I am very disappointed that this wall fan barely works. (It spins fast enough, but its dull breeze is downright abysmal.) If fitted with a more appropriate engine and/or blade, it might even perform its intended function. But anyhow, I seriously doubt that it produces enough wind power to prevent the flight of even a small mosquito (no exaggeration). I immediately threw it in the trash and chalked it up to my account as "wasted good money". A "possible" redeeming trait: It poses absolutely no threat to young children. Since I don't have to do anything, however, the trash can was an obvious fate. And since this site doesn't value factual + realistic answers, I have to give this a 2 instead of a zero or one; otherwise I doubt they would have allowed me to post it. (they've done that to me before).
