WAY too small. for women
This item says it fits a 37 inch waist, but that's absolutely not true! I loosened it as far as the string would allow and it curled in half. The quality looks good and the velcro is very strong despite the effort I put into putting this thing on and it never fell apart. But it's too small for my waist!
