I've had the infamous Audio Technica AT2020 for a while, but I needed a different mic as I play in a band. The Zingyou mic cost $30 at the time of purchase, which is a lot as it comes with everything you need for great sound. The BM-800 had a solid finish and I really like that. In terms of audio quality it sounds very close to my AT2020 at around 90% for almost 1/4 the price. I thought it was a joke buy but I saw the reviews on YouTube and had to try it myself; I was in awe playing the audio recordings I made. I will post a demo video of how it sounds compared to my AT2020. I've used this for podcasting and recording live instruments. I think with a little tweaking you can definitely make this sound very close to the AT2020. In addition to the BM-800, the kit includes a boom that helps suppress unwanted noise and comes with a shock absorber that also absorbs unwanted noise. As the name suggests, the pop filter helps with some of these "pop musicians”. If you're thinking of getting into audio but don't have the budget to afford the mainstream branded items then this is a great option at only 1/4 the price of the Audio Technica AT2020.
