should last a long, long time. The watch doesn't stand out too much, but it does draw attention to how well made the strap is and how good the overall fit and finish is. The dial is beautiful in its classic design and the time is excellent. The hands on the face are small, but they move clearly and precisely, and the date stays in place. The dial is visible in the sun and works well in low light, but this is one area where it could use some improvement. The links came out easily and the clasp is one of the nicest and most thought out I've tried. I love the clasp and believe it will hold this beautiful (and expensive) watch on your wrist and prevent it from falling or getting lost. The movement feels strong and the watch is very accurate. We hope this becomes a family heirloom and will stay with us for many, many years and perform very well. Pros: Outstanding Swiss craftsmanship. Stores super accurate time/date. Excellent closure. The finish is very durable / well made. Looks beautiful. Can become a family heirloom. The Tissot Story Cons: The MSRP falls on the simpler side of things in terms of design. Overall, this is a nice watch that's suitable for all types of activities, from casual to something like a gala night. They have a nice classic dial, nice strap with a very solid gold plating, it's more understated than flashy but it's gotten some compliments, it goes well with most styles of attire and/or clothing. That's what I call a "daily driver". If you want a very good watch that will last you for years (and don't worry about it costing a little more), I definitely recommend checking it out and giving it some thought. It's more on the conservative side, but it's just beautiful.
