As mentioned in other reviews, the skirt you received is not the one in the photos. It's not that sweet and it's not layered. It's a 4th of July theme and it's from an orphanage and the quality is okay. But I would have preferred the skirt in the picture than the one I actually received for a price not worth it.

- The granddaughters liked it. They share clothes as they are very close in age.
Cons
- Not at all like the photo. Blue star cloth only. No red or white ruffles. Wrongly advertised!
