I've only had it a week and am happy. I have a 5 month old who started riding last month and is trying to twist his body so he can bury his face in the fabric or mesh of his carrycot. We put him in a crib and put this sleep positioner on, he slept a lot better and I slept better too. I used to just sleep, now I really sleep, it's amazing. He can't change position or move, so he has no way of interrupting his own sleep, the only time he fidgets is when he can't turn over to the bed. What I don't like : - Loud velcro, oh my god why? - If you want the baby to sleep in a different direction you have to take the whole thing off because the diaper-like positioner only goes through one loop, I'd like holes at both ends (if you buy you'll see what I'm talking about) - the fabric is very "stiff" and seems quite thick, I wish it was more breathable. Overall definitely worth the money
