This is a really good quality travel pillow and I am very happy with it. It doesn't fit so it still looks like I'm wearing a surgical collar. I find it difficult to shape, but it only works well when it works. I'm not hot yet so I'm happy. I'm also happy that it's wide enough to provide support once I've shaped it properly. So many travel pillows I've tried have really little support and flatten out. It's not like this. It's well made and keeps your head more upright than others while still allowing you to relax. Highly recommended. It also came packaged in a little pouch (I can never put it back in it, by the way... it comes with a sleep mask and two pairs of ear tips in a cute little zip-lock pouch.
