You sent it in an envelope. The packaging was crumpled like hell and the tail came off. I was able to cure it by removing the plastic cover and putting it in a small box after reattaching the tail. My son took it out of the box and immediately started playing with it. It was fun for a full 10 minutes before his sister grabbed him to play and accidentally dropped him. A whole page came out. I took it apart and found that the smallest gear in the world had broken in half. It was a waste of money.
