As other reviewers have noted, the screws in the "temp" plate were so tight that they could not be removed. I ended up drilling out the screws and then drilling through the Polaris factory mount to insert the shorter screws that came with the mirror. Including wasted time looking for screws that would work without drilling the factory mount and all that drilling, it took me two hours to complete a job that should have taken five minutes. What is the purpose of attaching screws to a board that is going to be discarded? Why so tight? Once I have the mirror installed I will say it looks great and works very well.
