I wore this to my first Diner En Blanc Baltimore. It's lightweight, breathable, sexy and comfortable. A little transparent, not too much. There were some issues with bare underwear, had to wear a black thong. Nobody really noticed. No bra or band. My measurements: I have size 12/14 below and 10/12 above. 5 feet 6 inches and 194 pounds. It was a little loose in the upper body (36c). Fits well on the hips (47 inches). Loose at the waist (33 inches). I was wearing flats and the dress was well draped. With the 3 inch heels I had planned, the dress would fall right down to the base of the heel. Lots of compliments. Fabulous. Would buy again. Buy when in doubt. You will not be disappointed.
