Disheveled in box

Arrived almost unwrapped or buttoned up. I went to try it on and straighten it because the charm has fallen off and as crazy as it is I can't find it. I've seen it a million times. So more I have only one chain. It should be a buttoned press, almost boxed in. It was for my son's bar mitzvah and it's too late now.
