TLDR; Works perfectly. Unpack/check before use, otherwise they may overheat. The coil comes with a four wire connector on one end and a four wire connector on the other end. I tested with a desktop PSU, which also showed an all-white pattern of just under 3A. The same colors were the same throughout the strip. When I first opened it, the strip had a slight smell, similar to a new foam mattress, which I think will go away in a few days. As expected, the strip can be cut at every third light (I call it a "one" == 3 LEDs). For reviewers who think they're "soldered together" scraps. More likely they will be made with ten units (30 LEDs, nine internal intersections) per sub-strip. . Each coil then consists of sub-bands soldered together. (So for this drum there are 10 sub-strips with 30 LEDs each). Thus there are nine locations in the coil with pre-soldered terminals. Same goes for the RGB version I bought from SUPERNIGHT. VERY QUIET.
