This is my first hands free bra and I love it so far. I have a Lansinoh dual electric pump. I would have to tighten the hem and then slide it to the front of the bra for the hem to work with this bra because the holes are too small to go from the front of the bra, but I use Medela hem. ended up in the hospital because they fit my Lansinoh unit and the flanges go through holes in the front. The bra is made of nice material and actually quite comfortable.
