When I first bought this shower head I received an email from the seller assuring me of their products and if I need any help I have no hesitation in contacting them. I received my item on time and it was perfectly packaged so there was no damage in transit. The shower head is such a beautiful color and it matches my bathroom perfectly. The instructions that came with the shower head were easy to understand. The kit also has everything you need. After installation, I turned on the water, everything worked. I love how big the shower head is compared to the store bought ones. I liked it very much.
