They are strong and regular keys are easier to put on and remove keys than regular rings without sacrificing security. Two caveats that come to mind: 1) The bands are slightly wider than most traditional rings. So if your rings have very tight holes you may have trouble tightening them and 2) they separate easily but the wider the gap it is harder to move. This isn't a problem with most keys, but keys with a plastic-coated shackle (mostly bike keys and some car keys) can be difficult to spread wide enough to put on or take off. But if those warnings don't spook you, then you'll probably like these keychains as much as I do.
