I bought this fan to install in my bedroom for extra air circulation. The light is on the front of the fan and is very bright, just like in the carnival. Not only was the light too bright for sleeping, but the fan itself was making noise. It wasn't like the engine was running, it was like something inside was breaking, rattling and scraping. I had to get up, turn off the fan and sleep without it. I was very disappointed. As I find this one to be defective I would not recommend anyone to order this for their bedroom as it is in good condition. The BRIGHT light on the front is oversized and very impractical unless you like bright light when you sleep. I come back.
