The first one worked sporadically for me, but once I could see the picture it looked great. However, this only lasted a few seconds each time, and the second one (from another retailer) didn't work at all. Do not recommend this at all unless you want to waste money. Correction: The seller contacted me to try and fix my capture card issues by sending me a new card. I really appreciated his efforts to help me in this matter. However, the device still didn't work, but the seller was kind enough to send me a $15 gift certificate for my troubles, and he's taking this device off his shelves (he's still trying to help me, too). So I will only recommend the seller because their customer service has been impeccable and I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars based on that fact alone. EDIT 2: I recently got a new Xbox Series X and found out that my problem was actually my old console. I also learned that this device is just as amazing as all the other reviews. I'm only going to change this because I want everyone to know that some issues on a new device aren't always easy to fix, especially when all other devices are of a certain age and wear and tear. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid capture card for content creation. Sorry for the inconvenience but thanks for everything you did Jerry to make me right! Keep them on your shelf because they are phenomenal and perfectly priced.
